DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (with pre-orders being an
exception). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we
are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few
days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant
delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping costs are flat fees.
Domestic USPS shipping is $9 for 1 box to a maximum of 4 boxes, with estimated
delivery in 3-5 business days (might take longer during holidays).
International Shipments
Here are the current estimated delivery times:
Canada Orders: Transit time is estimated as 5-7 days (14-21 business days during holidays) UK and Australia Orders: Transit time is estimated as 7-10 days (20-30 business days during holidays)
Here are the DHL Global Mail handoffs for final delivery to your residence.
UK: Royal Mail
CA: Canada Post
AU: Australia Post
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout, varying by package weight and
shipping zip code. International shipping via DHL Global Mail and FedEx ranges from $8.45 to $25, with delivery estimated between 5-10 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Check the tracking number that has been provided. If you have further questions, please email support@revoobitusa.com.
Shipment to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Revoobitusa.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and
APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipments to the United Kingdom,
Australia, and Canada.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation
email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active
on the carriers website within 2-3 business hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Revoobitcla.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your
order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Liability for Shipping and Delivery
If our system does not recognize the mailing address associated with your order,
two automated verification emails will be sent to your email address on file. If an
unverified mailing address is not:
Confirmed (via Telephone, Email, or Online Chat)
Alternatively, manually modified by you (or someone on your behalf), and a
team member will attempt to contact you up to 3 additional times over the next
two weeks. We will allow up to 14 days for a response before we mail your
Package to the address As Is.
Revoobitusa is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the
wrong address, or refunding or replacing packages in these cases. Revoobitusa is not responsible for any Package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other carriers.
The Customer is responsible for filing all claims with the postal carrier.
Any Packages processed and received as a “Return to Sender”; without prior conversation between the Customer and the Company via email or Telephone are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the Customers expense.
Damages
Revoobitusa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a
claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns.
